Sena HD Speakers

After spending 8 days in the saddle listening to my music on the stock speakers I decided to purchase the HD speakers. Great decision. The sound is much more dynamic and very impressive.

Fantastic upgrade

I recently purchased the Sena HD speakers to replace the OEM Sena 20S EVO speakers. I run a full face and was unable to hear the music or phone calls when using the OEM standard speakers. The replacement HD are an enormous upgrade over the original speakers. The music is clearer, more volume and project bass that the original never did. I would recommend these HD speakers to anyone that was having issues actually hearing anything with the standard while riding at highway speeds.

Wear a half helmet with pocket for speakers. Great sound until I get to 75 then air gets into the mix. When winter comes I will slip them into me full face and try them out. Very happy with them and would highly recommend.

Sena H-D speakers.

I ride a 2021 CVO Limited. In fact for the past ten years I’ve owned three CVO Limited. I ride an average of 28,000 miles a year. I never liked a wire less system because of sound quality and low battery life. So, I always installed a WIRED Harley headset system. This year those Harley Puck engineers change the wire harness on the bike and made it in possible to install a wired headset. Believe me it can’t be done. So Ryan’s announce in a video you can upgrade the 30K head set speaker to HD speakers.
And WOW there a great improvement.
Now help me solve my headset from repeating “the intercoms not connected try again later”. I’ve activated the Mesh and dinked my headset with my wife and it’s still repeats “intercom not connected.

Significant improvement in volume, clarity and tone

I saw these Sena High-Definition (HD) Speakers advertised and watched the YouTube video which sold me on trying out this upgrade. I have a pair of the Harley branded Sena 30K Bluetooth Headset units and have been very disappointed with the lack of volume through the headset speakers. I eagerly bought these to try them out and see if they actually lived up to the hype. The first thing I did once the new headset speakers were received was to upgrade the Bluetooth units firmware to v3.1 using the BOOM Audio Bluetooth Device Manager desktop app. This upgrade added the "HD Accessory" option to the apps configuration menu. Once enabled and and the new configuration was saved to the Bluetooth Headset I installed the new headset speakers back in my helmet and tested it out. The volume was so loud I had to actually turn it down. Now I have significant volume, enhanced clarity and tone on the highway running 75mph. Very pleased and I strongly recommend this upgrade. The price is surprisingly low but the quality is very high.
