Shipping & Gift Card Policy-Returns-Exchanges

Free Shipping Info: 

Free shipping on orders over $75 in the Continental United States. Free Shipping offer does not include Titan Lifts, F4 Windshields, Klock Werks Windshields, Kuryakyn Bags, or Rickrak Bags.  Titan lifts have a flat rate freight fee of $300 in the lower 48.  Residential delivery and lift gate service are extra. Bag's and windshield's have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 due to the size and weight.  We thank you for supporting a small business.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments:

Law Abiding Biker takes every precaution to ensure your product is packed in a manner to arrive safely to you.  This includes sturdy boxes, and packing materials that are new. Once we ship your item the shipper is responsible for your package and we have no control over delays, damaged caused by the shipper, or theft.  We will assist you as much as we can in the vary rare case that an issue arises. However, we are not responsible for lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipper. You may be able to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement. We are not responsible for stolen items.  For more information on how to file a theft report read more below.

Shipping Times & Info:

We ask for 24-72 hours processing time.  If you order on the weekend, or a holiday you may not get the item in 3-days if you purchased UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days), or USPS Priority Mail as they pick up Monday through Friday.  3-Day UPS, or USPS Priority shipping service is their approximate shipping time once they pick the item up from our warehouse. This is not a guaranteed delivery in 2-3 Days.  Questions?  Review UPS/USPS Policies.  International customers are responsible for any import/tariffs/brokerage fees their country, or the carrier may charge. This is not a fee charged by us. Due to Brexit tax laws we are not shipping to the UK/GBR.

At the time of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  At the time of shipping, you will receive another email from the store reference the updated status and a tracking number if not drop shipped from the manufacturer.  

If you check the package status (we recommend waiting for 24-hours as it takes time for the carrier to pick up the package and process it through its facility) and it shows your item was delivered, but you do not have it please contact your local UPS office to verify it was delivered. If they state it has been delivered and you are sure the item has not been picked up by someone in your household we recommend you contact the shipper to file a claim if lost, or contact your local law enforcement to file a theft report. 

Gift Card Policy & How to Use:

A gift card from Law Abiding Biker is the perfect gift for the rider you know, or even yourself. They are super easy to use as well.  Once you buy the gift card you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase. We will then send you an electronic gift card you will receive via the email you purchased it under.

Next, you have several options. You can click to view the electronic gift card and a special code is generated.  No one, including us, knows this code and we cannot retrieve it up for you so save the email.

You can then either print your gift card to give to someone for later use as a present, or you can email that gift card to the person you are giving it to. When they click to open it they will see the specially generated code and can then print it for later use, or copy it and begin shopping right away!

Next, shop!  When you or that special person get to the checkout area of the store there will be a box to enter in the discount code/gift card.  Enter in that code and you're done.

Gift Cards are good for 6-months.

Warranty Info:

All items having Manufacturer’s Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the Manufacturer (not Law Abiding Biker) after having obtained a RGA number from that Manufacturer.

Returns: We recommend UPS for shipping returns. We cannot be held responsible if you ship your return via USPS, or Fed Ex as their delivery to our area is inconsistent. Sending signature required may delay the timing of your return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Any sales items, or clearance items are final sale and not returnable. Special order items that are drop shipped are non-returnable, but still fall under the manufacturer's warranty.  These include Ciro foot-pegs and highway mounts, and special orders via Tucker, or Rocky Mountain ATV. If you have questions please contact us before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new & in unused condition. This means the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and re-sellable. That includes having not been installed and all instructions and packaging like new. If you remove the film from a windshield, install it, or mock up any other non-windshield part that means it has been installed.  Please confirm it is the right fitment before discarding any packing, boxes, instructions, or starting an install. FP3's and electronics are not returnable if opened, or worn. 

If your return is not due to defect/being handled at a manufacturer's warranty level and meets our new, un-used, and re-sellable conditions mentioned above there is a 10% restocking fee. If the item is returned and has obviously been used, or mounted we reserve the right return the item back to you.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for product inspection.  If due to owner damage, or neglect we are unable to accept your return. 

Examples of Used, or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been taken out for a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. This includes electronic items that have been affixed to helmets or "tested" on a ride.  
  • Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • Any windshields where the protective film has been removed, or you have installed it to check for proper fit.  If you need to do that keep as new and do not install it.
  • Any accessories where the instructions have been discarded, soiled, plastic damaged, boxes damaged, or "mocked" up on your bike.  If you install the item, take it for a ride and then decide it is not for you we cannot accept your return.  You have used it and it is not fair to others who are expecting a new product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
