Shipping & Gift Card Policy-Returns-Exchanges

Free Shipping Info: 

Free shipping on orders over $75 in the Continental United States. Does not include Titan Lifts, F4 windshields, or Rickrak Bags.  Titan lifts have a flat rate freight fee of $300 in the lower 48.  Residential delivery and lift gate service are extra. Sorry this is not our charge that is the charge the freight company charges for those extra services.  RickRack bags and F4 Windshields have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 due to the size and weight.  

Shipping Times & Info:

Please note we ask for 24-72 hours processing time.  If you order on the weekend, or a holiday you may not get the item in 3-days if you purchased UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days) as UPS picks up Monday through Friday.  3-Day UPS shipping service is their approximate shipping time once they pick the item up from our warehouse. USPS Priority Mail estimates are also once they have the package. USPS does not guarantee shipping dates with Priority Mail.  For more information regarding that see Thank you for your understanding.

For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders we offer shipping via UPS & USPS. International customers are responsible for any import/tariffs/brokerage fees their country, or the carrier may charge. This is not a fee charged by us.

At the time of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your in-box, or ensure you entered your email correctly.  At the time of shipping, you will receive an email from the store reference the updated status and a tracking number if not drop shipped from the manufacturer.  

If you check the package status (we recommend waiting for 24-hours as it takes time for the carrier to pick up the package and process it through its facility) and it shows your item was delivered, but you do not have it please contact your local UPS or USPS to verify it was delivered.  Once USPS or UPS picks up the item it is out of our hands. If they state it has been delivered and you are sure the item has not been picked up by someone in your household we recommend you contact USPS or UPS and contact your local law enforcement and file a theft report.  We cannot be held accountable for delivered items that are stolen.  If you are concerned about theft please have the item shipped to a location you feel is safer, or request a signature for delivery at the time of your order.

Gift Card Policy & How to Use:

A gift card from Law Abiding Biker is the perfect gift for the rider you know, or even yourself. They are super easy to use as well.  Once you buy the gift card you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase. We will then send you an electronic gift card you will receive via the email you purchased it under.

Next, you have several options. You can click to view the electronic gift card and a special code is generated.  No one, including us, knows this code and we cannot retrieve it up for you so save the email.

You can then either print your gift card to give to someone for later use as a present, or you can email that gift card to the person you are giving it to. When they click to open it they will see the specially generated code and can then print it for later use, or copy it and begin shopping right away!

Next, shop!  When you or that special person get to the checkout area of the store there will be a box to enter in the discount code/gift card.  Enter in that code and you're done.

Gift Cards are good for 6-months.

Warranty Info:

All items having Manufacturer’s Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the Manufacturer (not Law Abiding Biker) after having obtained a RGA number from that Manufacturer.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Any sales items, or clearance items are final sale and not returnable. Special order items are drop shipped and non-returnable, but still fall under the manufacturer's warranty.  These include Ciro foot-pegs and highway mounts, some Ciro lighting and special orders via Tucker, or Rocky Mountain ATV. If you have questions please contact us before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We highly suggest UPS or Fed Ex for shipping returns. 

If not due to defect, and if the item shows no signs of wear, or usage there is a 10% restocking fee. If the item is obviously been used, or mounted we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee, or return the item back to you.  The item must in in new re-sellable condition to take the return.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for product inspection.  If due to owner damage, or neglect we are unable to accept your return. For special order items we do not accept returns, however, we reserve the right to consider them, but there is up to a 25% restocking fee.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been taken out for a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. This includes electronic items that have been affixed to helmets.  
  • Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchanges due to defect will be processed through the manufacturer's warranty.  Contact us at and we will route you to the proper company for the exchange. Exchanges related to clothing for a different size may be done within 30-days through us directly.  After 30-days we cannot complete an exchange for you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
