Free Shipping Info: 

We offer free economy shipping on orders of $100 or more in the Continental United States. Some exclusions apply on large items such as windshields and bag systems that have a flat rate of $10.00 in the Continental United States. Titan lifts have a flat rate freight fee of $350 in the lower 48.  Residential delivery and lift gate service are extra. 

Shipping Times & Info:

Thank you for shopping small business. At the time of shipping you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. We strive to prepare, package, ship and have the carrier pickup your package within 5-business days on in stock items.  Drop ship items, special order items, or delays due to carrier induced issues may take longer. International customers are responsible for any import/tariffs/brokerage fees their country, or the carrier may charge.

If you check the package status and it shows your item was delivered, but you do not have it please contact the carrier to verify it was delivered. If it has been delivered and you are sure the item has not been picked up by someone in your household we recommend you contact the shipper to file a claim if lost, or contact your local law enforcement to file a theft report. 

If your item is being drop shipped and you requested a specific carrier we will do our best to comply with that request.  However, the shipper may use another carrier and doing so is not of our control. No refund of shipping cost will be issued in this case.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments:

Law Abiding Biker takes every precaution to ensure your product is packed in a manner to arrive safely to you.  Once we ship your item the shipper is responsible for your package and we have no control over delays, damaged caused by the shipper, or theft.  We are not responsible for lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipper. You may be able to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement. For more information on how to file a theft report read more below.

 Gift Card Policy & How to Use:

A gift card from Law Abiding Biker is the perfect gift for the rider you know, or even yourself. They are super easy to use as well.  Once you buy the gift card you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase. We will then send you an electronic gift card you will receive via the email you purchased it under.

Next, you have several options. You can click to view the electronic gift card and a special code is generated.  No one, including us, knows this code and we cannot retrieve it up for you so save the email.

You can then either print your gift card to give to someone for later use as a present, or you can email that gift card to the person you are giving it to. When they click to open it they will see the specially generated code and can then print it for later use, or copy it and begin shopping right away!

Next, shop!  When you or that special person get to the checkout area of the store there will be a box to enter in the discount code/gift card.  Enter in that code and you're done.

Gift Cards are good for 6-months.

Warranty Info:

All items having Manufacturer’s Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the Manufacturer (not Law Abiding Biker) after having obtained a RGA number from that Manufacturer.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. Any sales items, or clearance items are final sale and not returnable. Special order items that are drop shipped are non-returnable, but still fall under the manufacturer's warranty.  If you have questions please contact us at sales@lawabidingbiker.com before ordering.

Electrical items such as Fuel Module’s & Bluetooth Headsets are not returnable if opened due to the fact they cannot be resold once synced to a device.  If the plastic is removed from the box we cannot accept your return and this is a common industry practice. If you are having an issue with your new device contact the manufacturer's customer service to work through any warranty returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new & in unused condition in the original and undamaged packaging. If you remove the film from a windshield, install it, or mock up any other non-windshield part that means it has been installed.  Please confirm it is the right fitment before discarding any packing, boxes, instructions, or starting an install. Fuel Management systems, electronics and clothing are not returnable if opened, or worn.

If the return is not due to a mistake on our part, there is a restocking fee of 10%. If the item is returned and has been used, or mounted we reserve the right return the item back to you. Drop ship items require a 25% re-stocking fee, which is what the distributor charges us. If you have questions as to whether an item is a drop ship fee email us before you complete your purchase. We have the option to take new drop ship items as returns, but they will require a 25% restocking fee and this is at our discretion. 

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for product inspection.  If due to owner damage, or neglect we are unable to accept your return. 

Examples of Used, or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been taken out for a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. This includes electronic items that have been affixed to helmets or "tested" on a ride.  
  • Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • Any windshields where the protective film has been removed, or you have installed it to check for proper fit.  If you need to do that keep as new and do not install it.
  • Any accessories where the instructions have been discarded, soiled, plastic damaged, boxes damaged, or "mocked" up on your bike.  If you install the item, take it for a ride and then decide it is not for you we cannot accept your return.  You have used it and it is not fair to others who are expecting a new product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.
