The installation of the Mueller Power Clutch 2.0 was straight forward, along with the clutch adjustment instructions provide on Law Abiding Biker's video. The clutch pull is, as Ryan stated, buttery smooth and well worth the money! This device made my 2024 CVO SG enjoyable to ride and allows me to maneuver the bike at parking lot speeds with confidence. Thank you for your contribution to law enforcement and the biker community.
Installing on a new 2025 Tri Glide. I have 21 lbs. of force to pull in the clutch. I got the same on a number of bikes on the dealer floor. I will file a report once I get some miles on the Muller set up. I expect it should lower the force to pull in the clutch to +/- 12 Lbs. I want my hydraulic clutch back, I may be a candidate to make the switch.
Harley really cheated out on us with going back to the old clutch cable system. Loved my my hydraulic clutch. This is a close as you are going to get. Really smooth out the clutch and a lot easier to pull on the lever. I have arthritis in my hands and this was a real game changer! And bonus, you get rid of that plastic crap of an adjuster. Damn happy I Spent the money!
Great Video my only complaint is you used motor oil in the transmission instead of Amsoil tranny fluid or what i use is 75/140 severe gear
Thanks for the review. That's a common misconception that you need to use specific 'trans' oil. We don't practice that at all. We recommend Amsoil 20/50 in all 3 holes. Done. Many don't know that Harley dealerships put the same engine oil in all 3 cases. It's also how we service all of our police fleet of bikes. Good to go. But certainly, if you like a certain 'trans' oil, go for it.
Putting in the Muller clutch ramp has been a real game changer. My previous road glide had the hydraulic clutch so was not an issue. The new 24 road glide was hard work and felt grainy even after continually trying to lube the cables. The new clamp and adjuster have made a world of difference and the 45% difference is not exaggerated. I fully recommend it. The installation didn't go as smoothly as Ryan's video but was great experience and still enjoyable.
