Sena's new HD Speakers give you the same great sound like the new Sena 50 series Bluetooth Communicators. Plug and play speakers connect to the standard Sena connector. HD speakers work with:
If you run a regular Sena headset model mentioned above and pair directly to your smartphone via the app you'll get high-definition sound out of these speakers!
Important Harley Boom!™ Box owner information only:
At the time of this video, Harley-Davidson in partnership with Sena, is NOT offering a firmware update via the Harley branded desktop manager for the Harley Boom stamped Sena headsets. This means if you buy these HD speakers and have a Harley Boom stamped headset you will not get an option in the Boom Box menu to turn on high definition mode (HD). The HD speakers will work and do sound a bit better than the stock speakers that come with Sena headsets, however, you won't get that great high-def sound at this time. Neither Harley nor Sena will make an announcement when or if they will have a firmware update for the Harley Boom branded headsets. But, if they do in the future, you'll simply update and be able to have the high-definition option and sound.
If you have any questions about current versions of Harley/Sena headset firmware updates or need the desktop device manager you can get it below. Please email Harley-Davison support and Sena support directly with any questions or concerns about the release of an update.
