Was a replacement for a unit that wore out. Definitely a great unit and would recommend strongly.

This is the best cellphone holder for Haley bar none.

The phone holder works great. I have put on a few thousand miles with this grip and it works fantastic. It takes a couple rides to get the tension correct for proper movement. I would recommend only one change that is to make the plastic nut from a higher grade of material to keep it from cracking. The nut split just by tightening by hand.

I tightened my first one too much and it started to flop. Therefore ordered replacement head which works fine and I tightened not so much.
