The CTEK NXT 5 is the next generation of CTEK's best-selling 5 Amp class charger, and it adds what a lot of riders have been waiting for: a dedicated program for lithium batteries. One charger now covers the 12V lead-acid battery in your truck and the lightweight lithium (LiFePO4) battery in your bike.
Its 4.3 Amp output handles 12V batteries from 1.2 to 160 Ah, so it works on motorcycles, cars, pickups and boats. It's fully automatic, so you just connect it and forget it, and automatic temperature compensation keeps the charge right in extreme heat or cold. CTEK's patented desulphation and reconditioning modes help revive deeply discharged batteries and extend battery life, and an AGM optimization mode is ready for start/stop vehicle batteries.
The compact, rugged housing and rubber cables are built to stay flexible in winter, and a Connect U-terminal lead is included so you can leave a permanent connection on the battery.
