The install on both is amazingly simple -- also helps to have awesome videos on the install from LAB. Thanks Ryan Urlacher for all you do. I did the stage 2 upgrade on my own, with parts purchased through the LAB store. The bike sounds amazing and the difference in performance is noticeable.
