The head is bigger than expected. But not as big as some charging phone mounts. I would like it to stay more put. It holds your phone like a vise. But it can move pretty easy on the ball. Not while riding or anything. Just loading and unloading you have to use two hands.
Easy to install and seemed great till I rode . It stays tight on bars but on plastic socket can’t stay tight it falls down . Once when I was parking and turning sharp hit take knocked phone out . Any suggestions? Or is this something automated and no one will ever read this?
The holder holds my phone nice and tight, and chargers very good. The only Issue I have is every bump cause the top of the phone to tilt forward And I have to keep repositioning it.That's fine If im not trying to have anything running on the screen, but annoying When I attempt to display data.
I have tightened it to the ball as much as I can without stripping it or breaking the plastic.I zip tied the cable, but that doesn't seem to help.
Again, it holds tight So I don't have to worry about the phone falling, and it charges fast.
I received and installed the phone holder on june 12th 2026 later that afternoon, I hit a deer head on with my motorcycle. We are okay no injuries, bike took a lot of damage, but the phone never left that phone holder. I highly recommend these products from this company.
