I live in the Bay Area. It’s over cast in the AM, and the wind picks up in the afternoon. So, this works for mornings or afternoons.

I had my doubts about this mid layer jacket and it's ability to keep me warm at night in Michigan during the fall. I've worn the jacket every time i ride my bike to work and I have to say I'm truly impressed with how warm it keeps me. I work afternoon shift and when I get out of work the temps are dipping down into the mid to upper 40s now. I ride 34 miles one way to and from work, so I need something that will block the cold air. I have zero complaints about this jacket. I wish I had known about it long before now. Here's to hoping it lasts a good long time.
