How securely attached are your Harley saddlebags? There are many true stories of saddlebags coming off while going down the road! 2016 and prior Harley models use a vulnerable 1/4 turn pin attachment system that has had recalls in the past.

Additionally, on 2017 and up Harley models, these bolts have a lower profile than the clunky stock lever system. Stop those hang-ups while trying to take stuff out of your saddlebags!

Additional Recommendations:

Fits 1985 and newer Harley Davidson motorcycles with hard saddlebags. On '17 & newer models you do not need to install the U Bolts. Just replace your stock knobs.

I'd give them 5 stars if it werent for the fact 2 of them had boogered up threads that I had to run thru a die to clean them up so they would thread in properly without a whole lot of swearing other than that they function as advertised low profile with very little catching on them as your emptying your bags, would I vmbuybthem again yes I would

Well made, sturdy and give more space without handles for things to hook on.

Good quality and tight. Hard to loosen! I suggest machining a Allen mortise in the bolt head to facilitate removal.

Quality!

Just holding these things in your hand is worth nearly half their price… the heft and quality is that apparent! They hold the bags tight and are way easier to install (thread engagement) than any other I’ve tried. Nice and flat and out of the way when screwed in too.
