The Fire Power 3.1A Battery Charger sits in the middle of the Fire Power lineup: enough output to recharge a run-down touring bike battery noticeably faster than a 1 amp tender, while still working as a set-and-forget maintainer for winter storage.
One mode button selects the charge program, with indicator lights for 6V lead-acid, 6V lithium (LiFePO4), 12V lead-acid and 12V lithium (LiFePO4). There's also a cold weather (snowflake) mode for charging in a cold garage and a low battery start indicator for batteries that have been drained down. Once the battery is full, the charger automatically maintains it.
