Their customer service, Law Abiding and Figurati, is top notch. They took care of me with an issue that was probably my fault. That being said, the strength of the magnet will pull the dipstick to one side causing cross threading if you are not careful. The replacement dipstick has plastic threads unlike the original metal one. This makes it very easy to cross thread it and ruin the threads on the new part. Maybe I should have read more about them before I tried the install, but I was unaware and trashed the first one. They did warranty one for me and sent it out quicker than the first.
Same as last still awesome quality well worth the investment better to be safe than sorry,

Well made. A bit chunky in the small space. You have to fiddle with it and let it drop to its lowest point before threading to avoid cross threading. It is hard to feel the exact point where the gasket is flush compared to stock dipstick. Care is needed to not over tighten. Markings match perfectly and are easy to read.
