Two special tools are required to replace the Doohickey (idler lever) on a KLR 650 motorcycle. One is a rotor holder wrench, and the other is a rotor puller (flywheel puller). The Eagle Mfg. Rotor Holder Wrench is made with precision to hold the rotor so the high-torqued bolt can be removed or installed. Once the bolt is removed, use a rotor puller (sold separately) to pull the rotor off the crank.
