Tubeless Tire Patch/Plug inserts from the inside-out and is the best choice for extended use repairs. Once the rubber cement is applied to the inside patch head, the quill can be pulled off and the remaining air bubbles can be pressed out with your thumbs. This is the only type of tubeless repair plug that is considered permanent.
