Built from lightweight 2-layer GORE-TEX® with direct ventilation and a removable thermal liner, the Alpinestars ST-7 v2 2L GORE-TEX® Jacket is a go-to shell for long-distance all-terrain touring through cold, wet and fast-changing conditions. It comes with CE Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro shoulder and elbow armor and is CE certified Class AA.

Note: Follow the sizing chart under the fitment tab for the proper fit. These jackets run small compared to traditional US sizing. If you want a looser fit we suggest sizing up one.

Construction:

  • 200D GORE-TEX® laminated nylon shell
  • Pre-curved sleeves and large stretch panels at the chest, back and underarms

Waterproofing:

  • GORE-TEX® membrane: over 28,000mm waterproof and 15,000 g/m²/24h breathability
  • Ergonomic Soft-Seal® collar with shock-cord adjustment

Warmth:

  • Detachable long-sleeve thermal liner (150g body, 100g sleeves) with stretch inserts, wearable on its own

Ventilation:

  • Direct chest ventilation panels and zippered arm openings

Protection & Safety:

  • CE Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro shoulder and elbow armor included
  • CE certified riding garment, Class AA
  • Back pocket for optional Nucleon back inserts (see Optional Armor Upgrades above)
