The Transmission oil dipstick needs a revamp. Its plastic threading is milled on two sides therefore making it too easy to strip the threads. It's not like the Engine oil dipstick in that regard. Seems harder to line up when reinstalling it. Not sure how well it will seal over time. Both items come well packaged.
A quality part. Don’t need pliers to open the dipstick anymore. Black blendsin with the motor
The looks and installed functionality of this product are great. However, wihen installing it, the cut on it's plastic threads make it extremely hard to get started without cross-threading. At this price point I would have expected better. I also have the engine oil version. It threads in fine.

It works as advertised. The finish is awesome. The plastic threads are trickey to get started without cross threading. It is made in China like it’s big brother.
