When I received the box pieces were missing.
The two wrenches that are supplied in the box had to be closed with a hammer because they were open so far they were useless.
But the major problem is this is LOUD!!!! I adjusted it according to the instructions then tighter then looser. I even talked to the owner of the company. Nothing worked.
I absolutely hate this tensioner and will be removing it and replacing with a stock Harley auto adjuster.
I installed the tensioner with no problem, or I thought.
Turns out there should have been spacers in the box that weren't there. Also the kit comes two small wrenches. I had to close the open end of the wrench with a hammer so it could be used.
I tried adjusting the tensioner tighter, looser and it's still loud.
I called and spoke with the owner of PSR but unfortunately everything he recommended fail to quite it down
I will be removing it in the near future and putting on an automatic tensioner from Harley.
So I am unable to recommend this tensioner
