I bought a Figurati transmission lipstick to match the oil dipstick I purchased. They match perfectly. It's well made and the finish is great. This dipstick performed just as well as the engine oil dipstick. I found very fine metal particles on this one, too. Some folks might say, "why waste your money like that?" I say, "the dipstick is cheaper than a rebuild." If I'm gonna break an engine/transmission, I'm gonna do it the fun way.
Just as all the reviews note, you need these! Bought a new Road Glide and screwed the oil and trans dipsticks on during break in... can't believe all the fine black metal residue stuck to the magnets. These are an investment, not an option.
Awesome quality. You can tell it’s made with quality metal. Black looks like black chrome. Love the color. Magnet catches all the metal shavings. Highly recommend purchasing for you motorcycle.

The Transmission oil dipstick needs a revamp. Its plastic threading is milled on two sides therefore making it too easy to strip the threads. It's not like the Engine oil dipstick in that regard. Seems harder to line up when reinstalling it. Not sure how well it will seal over time. Both items come well packaged.
