The new Ciro Filler Panel Lights complete the rear end of your Harley-Davidson by adding red running/brake lights and amber or red turn signals to the stock filler panel area. This part dramatically increases visibility from the rear by incorporating an ultra-bright plasma red or amber turn signal along with red low-intensity running and high-intensity brake lights. You can choose between a chrome or black body.
Filler Panel Lights come with the Ciro 3D Can-Bus Controller-(40019). See further information below about the controller.

It really fills out the rear end of my bike covering up those holes. More light means more safety.
As to be expected with Ciro products these are exceptional. The installation is very easy, all the parts required for installation were provided, and are bright. I regret not purchasing the black even tho the bike has chrome. I believe the black would look better on a black bike.
