The answer to more legroom and comfort on floorboard-equipped H-D Models is to move the location of the brake pedal pad while flattening the angle of the pad making it much more comfortable to operate. The amount of extension varies depending on the application. Still, the result is that your foot is no longer “under” the brake pedal, which is a safety issue, and makes braking easier and more natural.

There's a little apprehensive of the brake pedal, but after riding with it, unbelievable the difference.
Great combo, ordered and installed Soft Brake Extended Pedal, Kraus Shift Linkage and Kraus Easy Shifter, all together they transformed the ease and handling of my Road Glide.
All performed as advertised by Ryan and his tutorial videos.
You will not be sorry, this brake pedal makes rear brake control much more precise for slow speed maneuvering and much closer for you to apply brake in an emergency situation.
A win win.
Got it installed, but had to fit it. The hole for the brake pedal rod pin was too small so had to rem it out. The second thing was with the hole that slides onto the pivot shaft having a bronze bushing vice the factory one that had the bushing made out of a very slick nylon/plastic. The grease that was in the kit is junk. So marked the bottom of the hole that slides on the shaft right in the middle and drilled and tapped a 1/4 x28 hole and installed a grease fitting, so now when I do my service give it a shot of grease. Over all besides the two items it's a good set up. Just have to get used to the change of position. It does give you more room on the board, BUT with the change of the angle of the pedal I feel you have to push a tad harder on the pedal. P.s. any time you have a bronze bushing with a good fit you have too have a way to lube it without taking it off. I also installed a grease fitting on my shifter shaft. Over all I like it. P. S. Retired machinst so no problems.
Installed it to counter the tallboy type lowering kit of the floorboards. Before, the OEM was angled so high I couldn't really use it. while this +1 essentially put it back where the original layout was before the kit was installed. From what I could tell, the +1 designation is the same length as the OEM pedal. The braking force is lighter however, but not bad.
20 min swap. I have been searching for this part for awhile. Had one on my last ultra and as well on the heritage before that. First ride felt like connecting with an old friend. Rally changed how comfortable I feel on the new road glide.
