Deltran Battery Tender OBDII Quick Disconnect Charging Adapter Cable

Your bike is on a Battery Tender all winter, but what about the truck that tows it or the car that sits while you ride? The Battery Tender OBDII Adapter lets you maintain a car, truck or SUV battery without opening the hood. Plug it into the OBDII diagnostic port under the dash, plug your Battery Tender into the other end, and the charger maintains the battery through the vehicle's wiring.

It is rated for 3 Amps max, so use it only with smaller maintainers like the Battery Tender Junior and Plus 1.25 Amp models. Do not use it with the Power Tender 4 Amp or any charger over 3 Amps, which can damage the adapter and the vehicle's electrical system. Motorcycles generally do not have a standard OBDII port, so on the bike use the ring terminal harness instead.
