The OptiMate O-124 is a permanent SAE charging lead with a built-in battery monitor. Mount it on your bike and a blinking LED tells you the 12V lead-acid battery's state of charge at a glance while the bike sits, so you know when it's time to hook up the maintainer before it leaves you stranded.

Start the engine and the monitor switches to charging system test mode: green arrow LEDs show whether your charging system is putting out the minimum 13.5V or the ideal 14V+. The weather-sealed SAE plug doubles as your quick-connect charge port, and a 15 Amp fuse protects the -40°F rated cable and electronics.

  • 24/7 battery status: the LED matching the charge level blinks every 3 seconds (long term draw less than 0.2 mA).
  • Two automatic modes: battery state of charge monitor when parked, charging system test when running.
  • AGM ready: 4 LEDs cover the full-to-empty range of all 12V lead-acid batteries, including higher voltage powersport AGM (4th LED = 12.7V and up).
  • Quick-connect charge port: standard SAE connector with rubber sealing cap and shroud.
  • Fits powersport batteries: 1/4" (M6) ring terminals, adaptable to 5/16" (M8).
  • Fused: 15 Amp fuse.
