If long rides are leaving you sore, stiff, and shifting around in the saddle, it’s time to upgrade your comfort. The Butt Buffer Motorcycle Seat Cushion with Pebble Polymer Insert and Airflow Outer Cover is built for riders who want to stay in the seat longer without the pain.
Developed by bikers, for bikers, the Butt Buffer uses a super-thin, hospital-grade material that is solid, elastic, and built to last. Unlike gel seat pads that can leak if punctured, this cushion is designed for real-world riding and dependable comfort.
This Pebble Polymer Insert model delivers all the benefits of the classic Butt Buffer insert model, but with enhanced cushioning.
This model has a Premium Airflow Cover designed to enhance air circulation between you and the seat. That means a ride that feels not only more comfortable, but cooler too—especially on hot days or long hauls.

Nice addition to the stock seat. Worth the money I would say. You can really feel the added ventilation it provides, but yet does not diminish the effectiveness of your heated seat.
Butt buffer is amazing 400 mile day no hot spots
I have a mustang Super Touring Deluxe Seat which has all day comfort all in itself but since I added the Butt Buffer, It takes comfort to a higher level for sure. It is definately a must have. Ryan and team are not kidding the is truly a must have! I recieved this one day after I ordered it which I wasn't expecting. Kudos to Butt Buffer!
Great product and it does make a difference. But not the not the miracle cure I was hoping for.
That said, I will be ordering another one in the near future.
And I'm sure the mail carrier raised an eyebrow at the shipping label titled "Buttbuffer"
I got this because of all the glowing reviews it got and I had high hopes that it would make my riding a more pleasurable experience.
I hate to say it, but I was wrong.
I have several seat pads (sheepskin, gel hex, wind rider) - so finding comfort has come with a price.
I tried the butt buffer for a week - I got the medium size and my bike is a Yamaha XMAX.
With all the other pads, I could get 1-2 hours before I HAD to get off the bike to stretch, but with the butt buffer - I was lucky to get 45 minutes to an hour tops before the pain make me get off.
I know all butts are different, and all seats the pads sit on are different. But the combination of the XMAX seat (already hard) and the butt buffer made the whole experience feel like I was sitting on a slab of rock.
As for "air flow" - I never felt a thing (the wind rider is a hurricane compared to this).
