Bought the Shoei Neotec 3 helmet March of 2026 to go on a 4 day ride to Death Valley National Park. Temps in the low 90’s. Interior very comfortable. A little warm with face shield closed. Very comfortable in those temp with the sun shied down and the face shield open. Hat size 7 3/8. Large fit perfect. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a modular helmet and would definitely recommend buying from Law Abiding Biker store.
The Shoei Neotech 3 is an AWESOME helmet. Shoei’s sizing guide was spot-on for me. My last helmet was an HD in 2X and the Shoei that fits me is an XL. Perfect fit and comfortable AF!
I also bought the Sena BT system for the helmet.
I’m a solo rider for the most part, so the pairing of the
intercom with other riders isn’t a major concern for me. Cardo may be a better choice if you’re into that, but mounting the Cardo might be less than optimal. Check out the video LAB has for the helmet for an explanation.
Before purchasing, try to find a retail location that will let you try one on to check the fit to verify sizing.
Law Abiding Biker has the best price and selection for this helmet I’ve found.
If you’re on the fence regarding the helmet, go for it. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely love this helmet! Road noise is so minimal now and this helmet so so comfortable!! Thank you so much!!
Although slightly heavier than my old helmet, Neotec 2, I don’t notice it. Very comfortable to wear. I wore a size large with my old helmet and purchased a size large in the #3 version. Fits well. I like the visor opening in the middle of the shield better than the side opening. The vent underneath the visor has multiple stops, letting in more or less air. I didn’t notice much difference though. Overall this helmet is a two thumbs up for me.
