deltran-battery-tender-plus-6v-12v-selectable-battery-charger
Deltran Battery Tender Plus 1.25 Amp 6V/12V Selectable Motorcycle Battery Charger & Maintainer

A lot of garages hold a mix: a modern bagger next to a vintage 6-volt bike, a classic car, an old tractor. The Battery Tender Plus 6V/12V lets one charger look after all of them. Flip the voltage switch to 6V for the classics or 12V for everything modern, hook it up, and it handles the rest.

At 1.25 Amps it has more muscle than a Junior, so it is a good fit for larger touring bike batteries and cars, trucks and boats, while still being gentle enough to leave on a motorcycle all winter. It runs Battery Tender's 4-stage ISM charging at either voltage, then switches to float mode and holds the battery at full charge without overcharging.

The voltage selector is a manual switch, not automatic, so always confirm your battery's voltage and set the switch before connecting. 6V on a 12V battery will undercharge it, and 12V on a 6V battery will overcharge it.

Key Features

6V or 12V: manual selector switch covers vintage 6-volt systems and modern 12-volt batteries with one charger.

4-stage ISM charging: initialization, bulk, absorption and float maintenance at either voltage.

Safe to leave connected all season in float mode.

Temperature compensated charge voltage for cold and hot storage.

IP65 weather resistant: dust tight and protected against water jets (not rated for submersion).

Spark proof, reverse polarity protected and short-circuit protected.

Over 12 ft of reach: 6.1 ft AC cord, 5 ft DC output cord and 1.8 ft accessory cable.

Specifications

Output: 6V or 12V @ 1.25 Amps

Input: 120V AC @ 50/60Hz

Battery size range: 14Ah to 80Ah at either voltage

Battery types: standard flooded or sealed lead-acid, AGM and gel (not for lithium batteries)

Cords: 6.1 ft AC (18 AWG), 5 ft DC output (18 AWG), 1.8 ft DC accessory (16 AWG)

Dimensions: 3.86" x 1.87" x 8.3"

Weight: 1.35 lb (charger only)

IP rating: IP65

Certifications: ETL &
